Grapefruit Miso Dressing
A good, homemade salad dressing is always the better choice. Experimenting with citrus and ginger is a fan-favorite. Your taste buds will be thrilled with this combination of flavors and will bring your salad to a whole new level!
Ingredients
Grapefruit juice, freshly squeezed | 2 T |
Low-sodium white miso | 1 T |
White wine vinegar | 1 T |
Water | 1 T |
Ginger, freshly grated | 1/2 inch piece |
Extra virgin olive oil | 2 T |
Instructions
Whisk all ingredients together and pour into a container with a tight-fitting lid. Shake well before serving. Refrigerate for 5 to 7 days.
