Chocolate Protein Morning Wake-up Call

Ingredients
Decaffeinated espresso, chilled, or instant coffee | 3 shots / 3 T |
Milk | 1 c |
Pear, roughly chopped | 1 c |
Ice | 1 c |
Cashews | 1/2 c |
Oats | 1/2 c |
Maple syrup (optional) | 1 to 2 T |
SP Complete® Chocolate | 25 g |
Instructions
Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
