This course (1 Hour/1 CEU) explores botanicals for menopause and whole-food strategies to support women navigating the postmenopausal phase.

As hormonal shifts introduce a new physiological baseline, learners will examine systemic changes associated with postmenopause and gain insights into integrative approaches that promote strength, balance, and vitality.
