This course (1 Hour/1 CEU) offers clinicians an in-depth exploration of how circulation in the central nervous system, especially through the glymphatic system, plays a vital role in brain detoxification, nutrient delivery, and neurological resilience.

This course explains the mechanisms of cerebrospinal fluid flow, the glymphatic system’s role in neuroinflammation and neurodegenerative conditions, and the function of astrocytes and AQP4 channels.

Learners will explore how aging, sleep, and vascular health affect glymphatic function, and how diets—such as the MIND diet and those rich in omega-3s, flavonoids, and probiotics—support cognitive performance.

The course also reviews novel strategies, such as photobiomodulation and acupuncture, offering a comprehensive, actionable framework for supporting brain health in clinical practice.
