About this Episode

It is the first time for Jenny Cundari, ND, to be attending the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians (AANP) Annual Conference and Exhibition, where the WholisticMatters Podcast Series recorded live on the expo floor. Dr. Cundari is a practicing naturopathic physician from Vancouver, Canada, but she originally intended on becoming a sports medical doctor. In college she studied science and kinesiology but experienced health issues that were not easily addressed in the conventional medicine world. Dr. Cundari then sought out a naturopathic physician, and she was “blown away” by the care and attention to detail she received during her visits.

In this podcast with host John P. Troup, PhD, Dr. Cundari describes “medicine that makes sense” and as “blending the art of science and of looking at the whole person.” Dr. Cundari is particularly passionate about mental health and how it impacts a person’s whole health, nutritional counseling and herbal medicine, leading by example, and utilizing nutritional supplements to address nutrient deficiencies and support body systems.
